have taken the best practices from the many states we have worked with and
integrated them into the system.
Use of Microsoft’s .NET Framework
The .NET framework is Microsoft’s most current technology for web-based
development. It provides improved reliability, increased performance, improved
security, and ease of deployment. Our use of Microsoft's Visual Studio has enabled
a seamless and modular integration of the web-based technology and Microsoft Windows
form-based software.
